Murder Fncla h Citron**].IRONTON,Dec. 11.—A shooting whichwill prove a murder occurred at Sheridan coal works, seven miles above this city. Preston Iloekworth, his son, Andrew, and Higbv Rose-brock, all miners, were crossing the river from Ashland, K\\. where thev/ 4 1had been cart ising. Thev ouarreled as to where their boat could land and upon {retting ashoro fought Rose-brockjwas hit in the head with a stone, then goiug to his house procured a shotgun, and returning placed the weapon to Andrew Hackworth abdomen, aud fired. The charge nearly disemboweled Hack worth. Rose-brock escaped but was captured at Ashland. The Hack worths belong in Scioto county.
