The residence of Jonas Arnold, an aged citizen of Exeter, Scott county, wun culercd by burglars on Sunday night, the 10th inst. They effected an entrance by nooning a window and chloroforming theold couple, after which they took atruuk from under the bed Mr. Arnold and wife were sleeping on. carried it to the kitchen, and rifled the i*ontenta, Betting about $300 in cash and a few articles of jewel rv. No elm* to the ierietrators.
