Trooper Stogsdill said the girl had some scratches, but was otherwise uninjured.One occupant of the car. Edgar Brannon, Route 1, East Bernstadt, was later apprehended, charged with drunk driving.line at 9:45 Tuesday night. He and Bradley Benge were charged with the $43,000 robbery of Mr. and Mrs. Kellis Smith. Annville, on March 11 of this year. The two were also indicted for burglary by a I-aurel county grand jury this year. Trooper Stogsdill said Benge had been tried on the charge in Jackson county, hut the trial had resulted in a hung jury, and would be re-tried.Schoonover and two other men broke jail in Plneville July 28. and he has been at large since. Trooper Stogsdill said Schoonover was also charged with two violations of the Dyer Act.Schoonover pleaded not guilty to three violations, conspiracy, possessing, and selling, of the Drug Abuse Law in Federal Court earlier this year.
