He was moved to Sing Sing Prison yesterday and hts execution is scheduled for the week of Jan. 16.Harry Cooper and Burroughs Stnickland, defense attorneys assigned by the court, have announced their intention to appeal.Miss Virginia Ostrander, 34, Inman’s alleged accomplice, was found not guilty by reason of insanity. She was ordered committed to a state institution.%
