Person, Murray City.Wyne was released from theAHocking County jail last Tuesday morning, the day of the shooting, for violation of a restraining order in connection with his wife’s divorce action filed November 10.uncoveredHarley Meyer disclosed that hehad begun drinking in Loganshortly after his release and proceeded to South Bloomingvilledrinkingreported that witnessestold them Wyne cated condition \the home of his estranged wife which is located three miles northeast of South Bloomingville.Evidence showed that Wyne had forced and battered' open three doors in the house. His wife anddaughter and two younger children had fled to an upstairs attic room taking with them a shotgun.corn cutter and other instrumentswith which he might injure them. He had threatened to kill them onprevious occasions they said.The women told Prosecutor- I Meyer that Wyne proceeded up i the stairs threatening to kill them.y' As he neared the top of the stairsdaughtered up the 12 gauge sawed-offshotgun and, with her mother alsoholding the weapon, they discharged the fatal shot.
