Further Kohler is quoted as saying he had started to pass a vehicle then pulled back into the line when he saw an approaching: car, Charges of failure to stop at the scene of an accident, failure to render assistance and failure to reveal identtiy have been filed lt;in addition to the charge of involuntary manslaughter. He is held under $1,000 bail. Kohler was arrested Monday on information of Trooper V. B. Burkhart of the Mansfield. station, Motor Police, arraigned before Justice of the reace Andrew M. Yoggy, and a preliminary hearing set for Wednesday at 2 p. in. when he will be represented by Attorneys G. Mason Owlett, Charles G. Webb and Robert Cox. District Attorney Charles M. Elliott will appear for the Commonwealth,Funeral services for Cleveland, who was graduated from the Law-j renceville High School in 1940, were held yesterc'rty.
