SISIX FACE TRIAL TODAY OR DISTILLERY CHARGEBench Warrant Issued for Missing Burnside DefendantNEW YOkK — six men charged with operating a large still on the Prank E. Horton farm at Burnside, Haraptonburgh, were to go on trial before Judge William Bondv in United States District Court here today. Hie trial was to have begun yesterday but was delayed because of the absence of John Nelson, one of. the defendants. His bail was forfeited and a bench warrant issued for his arrest.The other five are Prank E. Horton, Raymond C. Horton, Melvin Simmons, alias Mel Samson, Leo Ta~ bacchi and Clarence Fenner. ~They are charged also with possession of 10,000 gallons of intended for distillation. Assistant United States Attorney Nicholas T. Rogers will prosecute them.
