Superior CourtCRIMINAL CASES Walla Walla CountyTwo counts of violation of the uniform controlled substances act against Roger D. Buck, 34, 115 Eagan Ave., were dismissed Oct. 26 because the defendant agreed to testify against a co-defendant who pleaded guilty, according to a court document. Buck had been charged with being an accomplice to a person in the unlawful delivery of cocaine on April 21, 1988, and on May 4, 1988.Three counts of forgery against Ralph E. Smith, 36, 612 S. 12th Ave., were dismissed Oct. 26 because the defendant had pleadedguilty in District Court to a related charge, according to a court document. Smith had been charged with forging three checks in March.A charge of second degree possessing stolen property against Richard A. Broman, 29, 1044 University St., was dismissed Oct. 26 because the defendant had pleaded guilty in District Court to a related charge, according to a court document. Broman had been charged with knowingly receiving, retaining, possessing, concealing or disposing of a stolen mountain bike on June 25.
