Santa Claus Arrested For Sunday WorkHUNTINGTON, W.Va lt;AP) -The state trooper felt pretty bad about it. After all, who likes to arrest Santa Claus?But jolly old SL Nick was working on Sunday, kids, and in West Virginia that just isn’t supposed to be done because there is a law against it.Santa was passing out candy and doing all the things that a discount store Santa does in his pre-Christmas jollities.The police arrested him along with 12 other persons who were working at the store,Santa later posted bond after an appearance before a justice of thepeace.The trooper felt pretty bad about the whole thing, kids. We won’t mentioned his name because he has a little boy, and what would he think if he knew his dad arrested Santa?How did Santa take it? Merely “Ho-ho-ho”—and all his 320 pounds shook with the laughter.
