Long Beach i SI vd., Compton; Angel (Canales, 32, of Montebello; Lawrence Romero Garcia, 34, of Alhambra; Earl Roy Gam-boni, 34, of La Puente; James Franklin Drake, 34, of San Gabriel; and Rubin Herrera Castillo, '40, an automobile service owner; A d o 1 f eAquins, 30; Robert Arnold Graham, 38; Edward Albert Ferris, 27; Frank Richard Contiguglia, 35, appliance store owner; and Teddy LeeKemp, 31, all of Los Angeles.? * *THE INVESTIGATION still is under way and additional arrests can be expected, U. S. Atty. Laughlin E. Waters said.Waters said importers in this area had been confronted with such heavy losses during this past year that insurance rates and, consequently, retail prices of imported goods, had been driven sharply upwards.The U.
