(IIP)— A 40-year-j old trucker and farmer from Ponder was shot and killed in a street here Monday by one of two; Fort Worth finance firm collectors who had only a short time before repossessed his car,'Hie two finance firm employes were still at large and being sought by city, county and state officers.The dead man, Burnell Malone, had followed the two men after they repossessed h s auto, passed them on the highway and was waiting for them in Justin when they arrived.The collectors stopped, one of them got out and fired a shot at Malone, killing him, witnessessaid. ;He then got hack into the repossessed auto and this pair six’d off toward Fort Worth.
