So when the meeting is announced, show that your inh'iesl is enlisted by your presence, and let no fear of a subscription paper keep you away. The committee : wants to see that it lias general ; sympathy. Remember, the library j is a public enterprise, and when es- j tahlislied is to lie as free as the air j you breathe. Therefore, watch for 1 the announcement, and be on hand.
