SHERIFF’S SALE.BY virtue of an execution to me directed from the clerk’s office of the Marion circuit court, I will expose to public sale on the sixteenth of December, 1841, at the court house door in the town of Indianapolis, between the hours prescribed by law on said day, the rents and profits for eoven years of the south-east qr. and east half of section 15, township 17, range 5 east, containing 80 acres more or less; and on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said execution, with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place proceed to expose the fee simple of said larifP^ to be sola as the property of George Heaver, Jacob Single, Henry Beaver, and Solomon Beaver, at the suit of Alexander Wilson, Abraham Sellers, and Henry Mock, nov. 25-3w J.
