At least one arrest was to be made today, he added.Authorities have not linked the dynamite with the fire Nov. 30 at La Cuisina Restaurant. But Lt. Herndon said that information on the dynamite investigation is being turned over to Stark County Prosecutor James R. Unger, who is coordinating the investigation of the La Cuisina fire.
