I have a statement from a person involved with supplying/ stuff for that purpose (the bombing). 1 have another statement from a lady who was present when the batteries were purchased and given tox the party with the dynamite.Herndon said more arrests will be made in connection with the stolen dynamite. At least one arrest was to be made today, he added.Authorities have not linked the dynamite with the fire Nov. 30 at La Cuisina Restaurant. But Lt. Herndon said that information on the dynamite investigation is being turned over to Stark County Prosecutor James R. Unger, who is coordinating the investigation of the La Cuisina fire.
