HospitalA 12-year-old gun-shot victim, wounded seriously during the opening week of deer season was transferred from Honesdale to a Philadelphia area hospital this week.Denise Waller, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Waller, Honesdale RD 2, was traasferred from Wayne Memorial Hospital to the Temple University Hospital Wednesday. The youth was still listed in critical condition when she was moved.The young girl was hit in the top of the head by either a bullet fragment or a piece of metal from the body of her father's automobile Donald Waller had stopped to shoot at a deer while taking his children to a bus stop, had rested the gun on the top of the car. and when lie fired the bullet apparently struck the vehicle and caused the girl's head wound.The accident occurred Nov. 29.
