Thigpen left early tills morning for Baton Rouge where he Is inking Louis Frasier, negro, convicted in the district court here last week of manslaughter In connection with the killing of Shop Forks, another negro.Frasier was tried for murder, but the jury rendered a verdict of manslaughter with a recommendation to the court of mercy for the accused.
