PRELIMINARY ENQUIRY. — Thepreliminary enquiry into the charge of casting away a schooner on the Labrador against Job Roberts, Nathan Roberts and Earl Burgess was continued at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday afternoon when two more witnesses were examined. At 6 p.m. an adjournment was taken. The enquiry will be continued on Wednesday next.
