FAIRMONT — These are the cases tried in the District Court this week by Judge Samuel E. Britt with the prosecuting at torney Charles G. McLean. Earl Jones, larceny, 90 days suspended one year probation costs, Harry Lee Hayes, speeding 90 miles an hour, failure to stop for blue light and siren, hit and run proper:y damage, and reckless driving, eight months suspend ed two years on probation on $200 fine and costs. Albert Junior Arnette, stop Sign violation and failure to yield right-of-way, for first, for second, $5 fine and costs. Clifton Culeman, no liability insurance, 30 days suspended on costs. Sue Barfield, driving without operator's license and resisting arrest, six months suspended on $25 fine and costs. Sue Barfield, driving under the influence, six months suspended one year on $100 fine and costs. Wesley Hammonds, worthless checks, 60 days suspended on $81.32 restitution and costs; 0 days suspended on $10 restitu tion and costs; 30 days suspend ed on $10 restitution and costs. Issac Hayes, interfering with an officer, 60 days suspended on costs. Sherwood Hunt, inadequate support, six months suspended five years on costs and $20 per week support. Simeon Foster Caldwell, driv ing under the influence, four months suspended one year on $100 fine and costs. Clifton Coleman, failure to yield right-of-way, 30 days sus pended on costs. Gilbert Gomez, larceny, eight months suspended one year on probation on $35 fine and costs. Willie Gene Cooper, driving under the influence, 90 days suspended one year on $120 fine and costs.
