$10,383 BANK ROBBERY SOLVEDAUSTIN, Dec. 7. (UP) A talkative nignt watchman of Lexington today had led to the solution of the $10,383 robbery of the Lexington State bank last Feb. 10.Charges of robbery were filed here |V ; against Milton Mc-Grcyotfej^ cashier of the bank; William Duncan, Fail Riggs and Louis Grant. One of the four men was formerly night watchman of the town. When questioned by Captain Frank Hamer of the Texas rangers and Jim Scarborough, former sheriff of Lcte county and now a mlt; tnber of the ranger force, he bared the entire plot.The time locU of the bank vault had been set to open at 3:30 a. m. Two of the men entered the bank and dumped currency, silver, gold and eleven $50 liberty bonds into a sack. The wafchman kept out of the way by busying himself with his automobile.The liberty bonds were burned at a tourist camp near Temple, Hamer said, and the remainder of the lootshared among the conspiratots.McGregor was arrested last week in Houston, Grant in San Marcos, Riggs m Lexington and Du man in Brenham. All of the men lived in Lexington at the time of the robbery.o
