Weldon, convicted in the circuit court for Ruk .county, on Nov. 2, -1915, of the crime of having fraudulently, deceitfully and by means of false representation taken' 'Emma Leighty from her home '.in ‘ Rusk county, and sentenced to state prison for one year.Nicolla Quartuccio, convicted in the ikunicipal court for Dane county on May 15, 19121 of the crime of murder in the -second degree and sentenced to state prison for 25 years.. .
