Charley Jolly, aged 14 years, son of Craig Jolly, was on the petition of Allison Long, Trustee of Union township committed Saturday to the house of refuge, by Judge Burns, for incorrigibility. The boy had been deserted by his parents who have moved away, and has become a terror in the neighborhood. He will be taken to Plains-fieid as soon as the sheriff finds him. —Columbus Herald.
