• James Demkowski Jr., 17, of 4731 Homer Hoad, Jonesvilie, was cited by state police for failure to yield the right of way after he collided with a vehicle driven by Marilyn Stratton, 58, of 302 E. St. Joe St., Utchfield,at7:50a.m. Thursday. According to police Demkowski was entering M-99 from a private drive about a half mile south of Rainey Road, when he looked both ways, did not see Stratton, who was slowing for a school bus, and entered M-99 striking Stratton’s vehicle. The drivers were using seat belts andwere not injured.
