Music Store To Open HereA new music store will open in Xenia Saturday at the former Purdom Motor Sales building, 85 E. Church St.Robert N. Kinder, of Kinder Music Co., 1613 E. Main St., Springfield, today an non need opening of the firm's second store here. A former band di-redoi\ Kinder has' been in business in Springfield sin c e 1959.The outlet here will feature a full line of band and orchestral instruments, pianos, or gans and guitars, rental and repair, including pickup and delivery, music, mostly of instructional nature, and eventually, a complete instructional staff.The store is exclusive dealerin this area for Thomas or-! Counties. Regular store hours gans, Gulbransen pianos, Lud-wiJJ be observed at the store wig, Swingerland and Gretsch * here, where displays now aredrums, Genieinhar d t flut e s, i Leblanc and Buffet saxophones land clarinets and Reynolds and |King brass instruments, and al-;so carries Vox and Gibson â– guitars and amplifiers. Incidentals such as harmonicas, ukes, and instrumental supplies and accessories also will be sold.Piano and organ lessons will be available immediately with Mrs. Harold McKinney of jiear Yellow Springs as instructor. McKinney, former manager or Purdonis, will* manage the music store.The store in Springfield has been serving Clinton, Cree n e, Madison, Clark and Champaignbeing set up: Kinder said.
