AKascal Caught.—Last nightPoliceman Kitternian saw a scamp fol-11loaing a couple of factory girls whowero returning home from work, they I were going down Main street and the Ifellow was annoying them with indecent words and gestures. Policeman I Kitterman stopped his fun and run I him in. He spent the night in jail and this morning will stand before the Mayor and be given an opportunity to explain. George Kitterman deserves the thanks of everybody for just suchacts.
