Boy, 13, dies in Topeka fireTOPEKA, Kan. (AP) - A 13-year-old Topeka boy died Tuesday night in a house fire in the south central part of the city, authorities said The victim was identified as PhillipWilliams.Fire officials said the boy s mother, Sharon Cushinberry, and his two sisters and two brothers all escaped the blaze, which broke out shortly before 11 p m Fire Chief Dick Hargis said the fire started in a bedroom in the northwest corner of the house The blaze was confined to that section of the structure
