A charge of carrying concealed Weapons is contained in an indict ment against Fred Woltman. Tigers- F. Britten charged that Wolt man was attested ‘at the home of Norvin J.Heldman, 3993 Rose Hill Avenue, when he went there Nov. 2. Britten said that Woltman wrote a number of threatening letters to ; ; who formerly was..in mail-order businss.’. Woltman claimed that he was entitled to totaling $7,000. N. West, 23, Negro, WOE West Street, with the fatal stabbing of King, 29, Negro, 433. John Street, Oct.: 15.
