The damage action of Samuel E. Boberts against John A. Ritter, which originated in Orange county following a shooting^scrape at West Baden, and which was for $10,000, was dismissed Friday morning in the Clark circuit court., at Jeffersonville, and will be refiled at Paoli. At the time of the trouble Roberts j was Marshal at West Baden.
