Pa., Dec. 4.- Michael Malley, a well known Consbohocken merchant, wan placed on trial here to-day on the charge of manslaughter, in causing the death of William Gray, of Oxford. On September 3, 1902, Gray, it wascharged, was shot by* the defendant in the latter’* store in ('onshohocdien because the dead man had'refused to discontinue his attentions to Mallv’s sister.w VThe main testimony was that of physicians, many of them disagreeing in the course that the bullet took. The jury, after having retired for about ten minutes, agreed upon a'verdict of not guilty.
