MorrisBlack, youthful studio worker accused along with film star Errol Flynn of attacking Betty Hasen, 17 year old movie-struck waitress, Friday was found guilty of a misdemeanor and given a year’s suspended sentence.Superior Judge William R. McKay reduced the charges against Black from a felony to a misdemeanor after the youth’s attorney, Bernard Brennan, pointed out that the girl had admitted representing her age as more than 18 years.Miss Hansen, a Lincoln, Neb., high school girl who came to Hollywood seeking a movie career, named Black and two other Hollywood men besides Flynn as having illegal intimacy with her.-3---
