Fortune was exonerated and released from custody Saturday,Mrs, Fortune was arrested after Mike Callopl, had died. in a local hospital where he had been take** with a bullet wound in his breast on November 21. Callopi told hospital physicians before his death that he had' accidentally shot himself while playing with a pistol, in a lunch stand operated by Mrs. Fortune. He t died November 23 when pneumonia developed.
