Neal Haywood, who has been sought since some time in 1943 as a deserter from the army, was run down Sunday near Bastrop by Deputy Sheriff Billy Hanover’s bloodhounds and is being held in the Bastrop County Jail on a charge of murder.Saturday Hanover got a call from Bastrop asking that he bringhis hounds there to aid in tracking down the man. Haywood had shot a young man out of his car Saturday night
