King/HoimanAre SentencedTwo defendants, Charles Frank King and Curtis Holman, were formally sentenced by Judge A. M. Harrison in Si*thDistrict Court Friday. uKing was sentenced to a term of not less than two years nor more than life on his convictionof murder in tne beating deathMrs. Ella 13. Hamner May 27.His term will start as of June1, 1967, the date of his arrest.King hud pleaded guilty to the charge and a Jury assessed his punishment at life imprisonment in the Texas De-partment of Corrections.Judge Harrison said the sentencing was in conformity withthe Texas indeterm law.Holman was sentenced to not less than two nor more thanseven years on his plea of guilty to un indictment chargingrape and incest.
