SAC CITY —UP— Sac County j Attorney Harold Brown said today that he will have to prosecute | four youths on burglary charges; here despite their paroles on simi-i lar charges in Audubon.Joseph F. Hoye, 22, of near Sac !jCity; Richard Faber, 2,2, Farly;Richard W. Larsen, 21, Sac City,and Byron Quistorff, 18, of nearSac City, were given bench paroleslast month at Audubon from 10-year terms for breaking and entering.Brown said that charges against them probably would not be pressed here had they been given jail or reformatory sentences at Audubon.
