Ben’s wife (not the one he trudcd for) filed an information against her unfaithful husband and hts paramour, charging them with the crime of adultery. Both were bound over to uppear before the grand jury which meets next Monday. Miss Thomas gave bonds in the sum of $200 for her appearance. But Ben, failing to find anyone to sign his bond for $500, went to jail in the custody of Max Suhr.
