Ed. Barwick, whose arrest charged with assault and batterry by hie wife, has been heretofore spoken of, ap peared in municipal court on Saturday and was fined $1.00 and costs, amounting to $13 95. Barwick at first entered a plea of not guilty, but finally changed his plea ro guilty. The wife told a pitiful Btory of threats to shoot her, etc.
