Clarence Seagren and Officer Glen Camery reported the gun had been fired at double strength. Evidence of the, force of the pellet indicates that ‘ severe injury or death could be caused by being hit with one.Police Chief Frank Tyne, who earlier announced that parents would be held responsible if their children shot air'rifles within the city limits, said today that three youths had been arraigned on charges of shooting firearms inside the city limits.Three Fined George Helms and William Schmidt were fined on the charge Oet. 17 and Kenneth Frey was fined a few days later. No arrests have been made over the shooting incident last night,Charles Kennedy, operator ot the store, called officers when he found the front door punctured this morning.
