He was tak-|cn into custodv on an affidavit•filed as a result of the fight that. occurred in Marshall township about six miles north of Bed- j ford last Friday afternoon in which Homer George and Curtis McPike were seriously injured.The latter named gentlemen have not been able to leave their beds as a result of their injuries and it is understood that later ( similar affidavits will be filed i against each'of them.
