Neff, who conducts a music store on Broadway, indulged in a fight yesterday afternoon. It could hardly be termed a fight either. Hayes hit Neff once and then the fight was over, except thatProf. Neff retaliated by filing suit incourt. He filed an affidavit charging assault and battery in Justice Newer’scourt and there the case will be tried.* *Just Tiow the row occurred is not knotvn, other than that Prof. Neff came to take out a rental music box, which he had placed in thoi Cupid saloon.
