Police Arrest Robbery SuspectA 20-year-old Bellefontaine man was arrested by Lima police early today on a burglary warrant out of Logan County.Officers Tom Kennedy and Gary Lewis arrested Janies Wesley Rich at 3:35 a.m. today after spotting his auto parked outside a market on Allentown Road.Logan County Sheriff De-Weese Skidmore this morning said Rich is charged with the Aug. 19 burglary of a service station in Quincy in which several automobile tires were taken.
