Lynde, fanner near Glyn-don, who was held up by two men and their woman companion last Tuesday, forced from his car and tied to a tree while the trio escap- 1 ed in his machine.Local officials were informed by j Chicago police that the trio, George Heck, John Pape and Gladys aKis-er, reported the car was abandoned between Hitterdal and Ulen. However, no trace of Lynd's car has been found in that vicinity and no other machine wa^ reported stolen in that area in which the trio could have made their way to Chicago, where they were captured Saturday.County Attorney James A. Gar-rity and Sheriff Roseo S. Brown believe that the cat to which they are referring is that taken from Norman County Sheriff Oscar Bang and abandoned north of Watts Siding after it went into a ditch.Meanwhile it was reported that the FBI sought custody of the trio to return them to Minnesota to face a Dyer act charge, for transporting a stolen car across a state line.Requests by Garrity and Brown for ttair return to Clay county to face Kidnaping and grand larceny, charges in connection with Lyn-de’s abduction have been ignored.V(tsadlt;figlt;vi11
