Two toughs, either members or followers of Richards circus party, went into the canning factory this afternoon and used insulting language to thefemale help. Mr. R. D. Bodrnan interfered and ordered them out. Two of them left, but the other drew a razor and severely cut Mr B. in the hand,but not seriously.A warrant for the man's arrest wasplaced in Constable Fisher's hands.He found the man but he tried to skip and the officer tired two shots at him, which brought him to terms. He is having his trial before Justice Kennedy.
