Robbery—Tuesday evening the money | drawer of Peter Unckrieh, corner of Waterand Jackson streets, was robbed of its contents, about tive dollars, and again Wednesday evening, about six o’clock, the samedrawer was robbed of a pocket-book containing twenty-five dollars and change. Yesterday, Thursday, constable P. Skehan,assisted by night-watchman E. Hess, arrested three boys, aged about twelve years—the Norwalk boot-blacks who have been here but a few days—and tbey confessed to the robbery, stating that two of them watched outside while the third i went in and took tlie money, which was shared among them. The pocket-book was I und on one of the boys, and two dollars and five cents on another. Each of the boys had a pistol, and had made their boast that if molested, they would shoot. Alter the arrest, one of them told Constable Skehan that he once stole twenty dollars in Norwalk, and his fatherpaid it for him. One is named Rpencey another Ryan. The name of the third we did not learn. All three are now in jail awaiting the hearing, which comes off this morning. A pretty good haul of young rascals. We are pleased to observe our police on the track of these customers, and hope they will continue till our city is rid of the like.
