POLICE LOGTwo city residents charged in altercationCUMBERLAND — Two city residents are awaiting trial after they were served criminal summonses stemming from an altercation complaint Saturday, Cumberland Police said.Investigation of the incident by Cumberland Police led to two counts of second-degree assault against Richard Troy Oliver, 54, and one count of second-degree assault against Kimberly Crossland, 41.Both defendants were served the court papers Wednesday and are now awaiting trial in district court.
