Fayette man captured after shooting spreeDUNBAR, Pa. (AP) — A Fayette County man shot randomly on Dunbar streets and holed up on the third floor of the town’s library before being captured by state police, officials said.No one was injured during the Thursday's shooting spree by Patrick Allen Zebley, 30, of Dunbar. Zebley was charged with recklessly endangering another person.A witness said Webley fired nine or 10 shots from a 30.06 rifle as he walked along a main street of Dunbar. At one spot, he stopped to shoot out traffic lights and said “I’m going to shoot all of you,’’ another witness said.Dunbar Police Chief Terry Martin said Zebley passed a number of people on the street, “but he didn’t actually bother anyone.”
