Pot Charges Filed Against Four PersonsFour men were in custody S*t-. nrday for jjosscssiou of marijuana in two separate weekend incidenls, one in HcmisFair Plaza and {lie other in Obn as Park.Three men, ages 26, 23 and 21, i were s e a r e h e d and one was i found e a r r y i» g a canister of marijuana after they attempted to flee as Patrol m a n Eddie I Wright approached them near 'the waterfall at HemisFair Plaza about lt;J:30 p.m. Friday, police said.The three were identified as military personnel and turned over to military police.An 18-y e a r -o I d San Antonio man was arrested by an off-duty Alamo Heights policeman who spotted him ana another man parked in a car at Olmas. Park shortly before 10 p.m. Fridav. IPatrolman R. L. Terry told: San Antonio police he approached the car and saw what appeared to be marijuana in the suspect’s lap. Terry said he ordered the men out. of the car, searched the vehicle and found! a pouch of marijuana in a coat pocket inside the car. i The man was turned over to San Antonio police.
