Brown to Chicago police have i gone unanswered. Brown asked if the prisoners would waive extradition to be returned to Clay county to face charges of kidnaping and grand larceny. He also asked the whereabouts of the car stolen from Robert K. Lynde, farmer near Olyndon and one of the victims | of the trio’s crime rampage. But Chicago authorities have ignoredboth messages.The men, George Heck and John Pape, fugitives from the Washington state - reformatory, Monroe, Wash., are wanted in Minneapolis for the robbery of a Robbinsdale night club. They and their companion, Gladys Kaiser, 19, Hatton, N. D., are wanted in Norman county for the kidnaping of Sheriff Oscar Bang, Ada, and his deputy, Marvin Erickson, and theft of their car. A warrant has also been issued in Cass county for the trio charging theft of Bang’s car.The federal bureau of investigation is also interested in the prisoners but inquiries from Clay county to the district office at St. Paul have brought no response.tt1I
