10 Men Arrested Fayette RaidOAK HILL, Aug. 28 (RNS)-Ten men were arrested in an Oak Hill pool room in a Saturday night raid, by a combined raiding party of State and City Police., and were given hearings early this week before an Ansted magistrate.Clay Garvin, owner of Clay’s Pool Room, along with nine other men, were arraigned at 7 p.m. Monday on gambling charges before Magistrate W, B. Mullins.Gravin was fined $500 and Steve Grabosky was ordered to pay $100. The remaining eight paid fines of $25 each.Besides Garvin the other men were: Howard C. Cole. John Grabosky, Marvin F. Hipes, Walter Joseph Rosiek, Joseph Frank Lews, Alfred Toney, Bernard Lee Law, and Andrew Kocholek.Garvin was charged with exhibiting a gaming device, and Steve Grabosky was charged with operating a poker game.The warrant was secured by anOak Hill citizen.
