CHICAGO HEIGHTSCONVICT STILLOne Other at Liberty asPolice ContinueSearchWith two of the fugitives already recaptured, the search forCharles Flamini, 22 years old, of101 East Twenty-sixth street, oneof the four men who escaped Monday from the county jail in Joliet, was concentrated yesterday in Chicago Heights and immediate adjacent territory.Deputy sheriffs of Will andCook counties and Chicago Heights police were keeping a night and day watch over Flamini's formerhangouts, it was reported, believing he may duck back into tovmdespite his narrow escape from capture Monday night and Tuesday. They expressed confidence he will be seized within a fewdays.Two of Flamini's companions inthe jail break, George Mathes, 22, and Victor Hossi, 21, gavethemselves up to State Policeman Carl Telli late Tuesday night at his home, 717 Claremont avenue, Chicago. Their surrender came ata time when dozens of policemen were searching through the neighborhood in Chicago where theyw ere hiding out.The fourth fugitive, James La Rue, 31, who was awaiting extradition to Florida, was believed tohave made good his getaway.Mathes and Rossi said he leftthem v/ithin a half block of thejail and they saw no more of him.
