Shower of Stonei.Den Byroads recently rented from Mrs. Monroe a house on Park street and domiciled therein the notorious Larimore and Beasley women, with their belongings. The place was attacked Tuesday evening by a crowd of en and boys, who riddled the windows with stones. Several shots were fired at the crowd, and the neighborhood was kept in an uproar for an hour. The* gang succeededln renting the house by representing that they were respectable and peaceable citizens. They are a bad lot, and the authorities are hunting up some old indictments, which haye been hanging over them some time, with a view of sending them over the road.muI »---——
