is Known to Petitioner, is the only property owned by decedent:.One-half C/a) the proceeds of Servicemen's Group Life Insurance Policy in the amount of $20,000.00, being Certificate Number 403-890, which said sum is $10,000.00, plus accrued interest, and represents the separate property of the deceased. The proceeds of this insurance policy as aforementioned were due and payable at the time of the death of Billy Frank Mulvey, by reason of the death of his son, Billy M. Mulvey, a member of the United States Coast Guard.That such property is the separate property of the decedent;That said Petitioner is a person claiming to be the owner of apart of the Estate of such decedent;That the time and place of the death of said decedent was March 3, 1975, Harris County, Texas;That the names and places of residence of the heirs of the decedent, all of whom are living are, as is known to this Petitioner, as follows, viz.: Darrell Mulvey, 611 72nd Street, Houston, Texas; Jefferey Mulvey, 611 72nd Street, Houston, Texas;That the true share and interest of the Petitioner is as follows: One-third (1-3) of said insurance policy proceeds;That the true share and interest of each heir in the Estate of such decedent is as follows: Darrell Mulvey, one-third and Jefferey Mulvey, one-third.That Petitioner and all the other named or above designated persons are made parties to this action. Petitioner being made party-Plaintiff and all except Petitioner, being made party-Defendants;Tnat Petitioner desires that this Court determine who the heirs and the only heirs of said Billy Frank Mulvey, deceased, and the interests or shares of his heirs in his Estate; and she so prays; and she prays for such other and further relief, as she may be entitled to in the premises.(S) Lois C.
